About Us
Property Management Services Corporation is the umbrella company that encompasses Rental Property Management, HOA Administration and Snowbird Property Management.
Rental Property Management was founded in 1986 by Nanci Hawkins to serve rental owners in the North Idaho area.
In 1993, HOA Administration was founded to manage Associations consisting of Homeowners Associations, Condominiums, Marinas and Storage Condominiums.
In 2008 Snowbird Property Management was created to manage homes for traveling owners who needed a company to take care of the property while they were away.
In 2010, we incorporated all three companies under Property Management Service Corporation.
