• Fully computerized and detailed monthly statements accounting for all income and disbursements
• Disburse all tenant deposit refunds and supply required documentation within the time required by the State of Idaho.
• Our web page provides 24 hour marketing of your vacant property.
• Driving by the property on a regular basis, a 6 week inspection is done following the new tenant move-in as well as an annual, preventative maintenance inspection each spring.
• We use leading edge software for managing your properties efficiently and provide reports that are easy to read and easy to understand.
• Provide 24-hour emergency service.
