Rental Property Management has been serving North Idaho since 1986. Our organization is owned and operated by its founder, Nanci Hawkins.

We pride ourselves on service excellence.

In 1993 we founded our second company, HOA Administration, and currently manage Associations consisting of Homeowners Associations, Condominiums, Marinas and Storage Condominiums.

In 2008 Snowbird Property Management was created to manage homes for traveling owners who needed a company to take care of the property while they were away.

In 2010 we incorporated all three companies under the Corporate Umbrella; “Property Management Service Corporation”
